This policy explains how AIRWORTHY//30 handles information needed to deliver its independent professional-development course.

Information we collect

When you create or use an AIRWORTHY//30 account, we collect the information needed to provide the course: your name, email address, account sign-in details, learning progress, quiz and examination results, and certificate records. When you choose Google Sign-In, Google shares the basic profile information you approve, such as your name, email address, and profile image.

§ 02

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save and restore your course progress, issue and verify certificates of completion, operate the service, and respond to account support requests. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

§ 03

Service providers

AIRWORTHY//30 uses service providers to host the application, store course-account data, send course-related email, and provide optional Google Sign-In. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their services. Google’s handling of information is also governed by its own privacy policy.

§ 04

Cookies and local storage

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. The course may also store limited progress information in your browser so lessons and examinations work reliably. You can clear browser storage or sign out at any time, though doing so may remove locally stored progress or end your session.

Retention and security

We retain account and course records for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain completion records, meet legitimate administrative needs, or comply with applicable obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
